Tobey Albright + Aggie + Frank Derocher + Marcus Michelsen + pool-goers at The Colony Cove in Ellenton, FL.
When Cooper Levey-Baker asked me to make a drawing for the cover of this Creative Loafing, the scenario depicted jumped immediately into mind. My aunt and uncle, along with their friends, fully believe that they are living in paradise. Since we all know the persuasive capacity of believing, being around people like my aunt and uncle can remind you of how beautiful the Florida environment can be, aside from the cynical debauchery.
